I paint with pastels and specialize in Animal portraits.

My animal paintings are mainly done on velour as I find that the velour gives the animals' coats a wonderful soft texture.

I undertake commissions of equine and other animal subjects and use photographs for reference. If you would like to have a portrait done of your animal, go to the "commissions" and "Price" page for more information.

Some of my paintings can be seen at the Art Gallery "Meet you here" in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. My Painting "After the hunt" (Sumatran Tiger) is at the moment on show at the Mayo Artists Show 2011, Linnenhall, Castlebar, Co, Mayo. The Exhibition will run till 21st January 2012 in The Linenhall Arts Centre, castlebar, Co. Mayo.
Around Valentines Day Gallery and Craft Loft "The Roundabout" in Collooney, Co. Sligo will have an exhibition called "For your eyes only" I hope to have some of my paintings selected for this exhibition.
